Thoughtful, integrative therapy for the human experience
Therapy at Serenity Integrative Counseling offers a space to reconnect with yourself, your values, emotions, and sense of balance.
Rooted in clinical excellence and guided by an integrative understanding that supports the whole person. Together, we explore patterns that keep you stuck, strengthen self-awareness, and cultivate the inner wisdom needed to make lasting change.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or something less defined, therapy offers a structured, compassionate space for growth. Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly, either in person or via secure telehealth.
