For those using out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill to support reimbursement.
Investment
For those who are out of network with our insurers, out-of-pocket session fees typically range from $150–$200, depending on the clinician and type of service (individual or couples therapy).
Clinicians offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to support accessibility.
We’re happy to talk through options and help you find a fit during your initial consultation.
Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives are not typically covered by insurance.
They are offered at an hourly rate and may range from 2–5 hours, depending on your needs and goals.
Workshops
Workshops are community-based and designed to be accessible.
They typically require a variable investment, often around $50, depending on the topic, length, and format.
