Therapy
Thoughtful, integrative therapy for the human experience
Every person who reaches out is dealing with something specific. Below is a closer look at how our clinicians work with some of the concerns we see most, so you have a real sense of what therapy here could look like for you.
Not sure where you fit? A consult is the easiest way to find out, and we'll match you with the clinician who has the right specialty and availability for what you're bringing in.
What Brings People to Us
-
Maybe conversations keep turning into the same fight. Maybe you're not fighting at all, just quietly drifting. Maybe trust has been broken and you're not sure how to rebuild it, or you keep bumping into the same pattern with different partners.
Our approach to couples and relational work is attachment-based. We help you understand the underlying needs and fears driving your patterns, both individually and as a pair, so you can build a way of relating that actually holds up outside the therapy room. This work is for couples and for individuals working through relational patterns on their own.

Anxiety can show up as constant overthinking, a racing mind at night, a body that stays braced even when nothing is technically wrong. You might be managing it well on the outside while it feels unmanageable on the inside.
Working with anxiety here means understanding what's actually driving it, not just calming it down in the moment. We build practical tools for the day-to-day (regulating your nervous system, breaking cycles of avoidance) while also looking at the deeper patterns keeping the anxiety in place. Over time, that combination is what makes the change last.
-
Grief, a career change, becoming a parent, a move, a loss of identity you can't quite name. This work tends to be more depth-oriented: making sense of what's shifted, reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel harder to access, and finding steadier footing as you move through it. It's paced to where you are, not a fixed program.
-
ADHD in adulthood often looks less like the stereotype and more like chronic overwhelm: unfinished projects, a mind that won't settle or won't stop, a pattern of feeling like you're working twice as hard for half the result.
We help you understand how your brain actually works, build systems that fit you instead of fighting you, and work through the shame that often builds up around years of feeling like you're falling short.
-
OCD isn't always what people picture. It can look like intrusive thoughts you can't shake, a need for certainty that no reassurance ever satisfies, mental or physical rituals that eat up hours of your day.
This is a specialty area for our practice. We use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD, to help reduce compulsions and build tolerance for the uncertainty and discomfort OCD hinges on. Treatment is structured and paced with you.
-
Depression can look like flatness, exhaustion, or a sense that things that used to matter don't anymore. It's not always sadness. Sometimes it's just going through the motions, disconnected from your own life.
We work to understand what's underneath the depression, not just manage the symptoms on the surface. That might mean looking at long-standing patterns, unprocessed loss, or the weight of circumstances that have built up over time. The goal is to help you feel like yourself again, not just functional.
-
Grief isn't only about death. It can follow the end of a relationship, a diagnosis, a move, or any loss that changes what your life looks like. It doesn't move in a straight line, and there's no timeline you're supposed to be on.
Therapy offers a space to actually feel what you're carrying instead of pushing through it, and to find your way back to living alongside the loss rather than around it.
-
Stress, sleep difficulties, self-esteem, family-of-origin patterns, psychosomatic symptoms, and more. If you don't see your specific situation above, that doesn't mean we're not a fit. Reach out and we'll talk it through.
